WHO WE ARE...
A small theatre company based in Corinth, NY. We provide year-round theatre programming for our local community. Adirondack Center Stage got its start in 2008 when the Corinth Theatre Guild hosted our very first Summer Theatre Workshop. For several years we were sponsored by the Town of Corinth Youth Commission. In 2018 we established ourselves as an independent non-profit organization. We now produce multiple workshops each year...

The ACS Summer Workshop is a four-week musical theatre workshop for youth, ages 8-18. Saratoga Arts makes this program possible with a Community Arts Grant funded by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature. This summer marks our 17th anniversary! Our program respect the abilities of all children, giving everyone a place to be valued for who they are and what they have to offer. Programs participants get the opportunity to act, sing, dance, assist with directing and choreographing, run lights and sound, and learn backstage skills. We learn teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills, under the instruction of a caring, talented and professional staff.
The Winter Workshop for all ages puts on our annual holiday show. We are one of the main events for Corinth's Hometown Christmas. After our Saturday performance, we participate in the Corinth Image Committee's holiday parade and then greet Santa and Mrs. Claus followed by fireworks from the bridge over the Hudson River. This show offers production, directing and design experience to our older students and young alumni. Our younger students get an opportunity to shine in leading roles, and roles are open to "kids from 1 to 100."
Our Spring Workshop is a theatre camp for kids during spring break filled with a variety of theatre workshops. Prop-making, costume design, acting games, and much more!

SO WHAT’S NEW?
In our programs the fun isn’t limited to singing and dancing on the stage or to reading our lines in rehearsals. We have several cast-bonding events during our season designed to promote the performances, build community support, and raise funding for student scholarships so that any and all young people can afford to be in our program. Our students play meaningful roles, not only in the theatre, but also in the community at large.
WE PARTICIPATE IN LOCAL EVENTS...
Fourth of July Parade... We won 1st place prize for our float!
We put a play on every year for Hometown Christmas!

Arthur A. White and Sons' Ace Hardware is our go-to place for all our set needs!
Meme's Florist makes the best presentation bouquets for our stars' last bow!

WE LOVE CAST BONDING!
At our annual Car Wash... you will get soaked!
Our Bake Sale has the best goodies in town!
Our annual Cast Field Trip to see Saratoga's Shakespeare in the Park is a big hit! We love supporting other theatre companies!
And the fun doesn't stop in winter... we recently started an annual Sledding Day!
